Online Payment Instructions

When submitting your payment online, please include the following to ensure it is posted correctly:

  • Enter the total amount due from your invoice
  • Include your child’s full name
  • Include the date(s) of service
  • Include your account number if available

Billing Partner

Our billing has been outsourced to integrate with our Electronic Medical Records system. This allows us to improve claim accuracy and timeliness so our providers can focus on what matters most — your child’s care.

Copayments, deductibles, and outstanding balances are expected at the time of your visit.

What You Should Know

    Insurance is a contract between you and your insurer. We are not a party to that contract. Families are responsible for understanding and coordinating benefits with their insurance company. See our New Patients page for a full list of accepted insurance plans.

    Preventative screenings during well visits (vision, hearing, developmental assessments) are performed because we believe they are in your child’s best interest. Please verify coverage with your insurance provider.
  • 💰
    Prompt payment of copayments, deductibles, and remaining balances is expected at each visit.
  • ❤️
    Financial hardship. We understand the financial burden on families. While hardship waivers or discounts are not universally available due to insurance contract restrictions, please speak with us if you are experiencing undue financial difficulty.
